Venixity Digital Technologies Private Limited, Our products are available for delivery nationwide, ensuring you can shop with ease, no matter where you are located. For your convenience, our shipping partners will attempt delivery two or three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier to schedule a new delivery time. 

Please note that our dispatch services do not operate on Sundays or public holidays due to logistical limitations. It’s important to provide accurate shipping details, as orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for such cases. 

Delivery Timeline 

For domestic orders, the typical delivery window ranges from 3-8 business days, depending on your location. 

Partial Shipments 

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately on different days. This is due to product availability and varying shipping locations. While this may result in multiple deliveries, we prioritize the safe arrival of each item to your address. 

Address Changes 

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours. While address modifications can be difficult after this period, we will do our best to accommodate your request within the time frame.
